Association of Healthcare Providers (India) represents the vast majority of healthcare providers in India. It is registered under Indian Society Registration ACT- 1860 as “not for profit” organization. It educates to its members and at the same time, advocates with the government, regulatory bodies and other stake holders on issues, which have bearing on enabling its member organizations in delivering of Universal Healthcare Services to the community at large.

AHPI undertakes various education & training and capacity building programmes and initiatives for Member Healthcare organizations, Communities at large and Government departments & Institutions.

We are looking for skilled leader which can work with us in executing various association related objectives, roles and responsibilities at our New Delhi office.

Job Description

• Develops resources sufficient to ensure the financial health of the organization.
• Responsible for developing revenues necessary to support organization’s mission.
• Developing and implementing organizational growth plans.
• Works with board and staff to ensure that the objectives are fulfilled through programs, strategic planning and community outreach.
• Responsible for implementation of programs that carry out the organization’s objectives.
• Responsible for strategic planning to ensure that organization can successfully grow.
• Responsible for the enhancement of organization’s image by being active and visible in the community and by working closely with other professional, civic and private organizations.
• To oversee and implement appropriate resources to ensure that the operations of the organization are appropriate.
• To ensure effective administration of operations.
• Responsible for signing all notes, agreements, and other instruments made and entered into and on behalf of the organization.
• Bringing in necessary resources in the form of manpower, equipment, etc. towards efficient running of the organization
• Providing strategic advice to the board and chairperson
• Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement
• Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
• Supervising, guiding, and delegating executives in their duties.
• Building and enhancing the company's public profile at events, speaking engagements, etc.
• Build long term, trusting relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities
• Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth

Requirements

• Preferably MBBS with MHA/MBA or MHA/ MBA with experience in healthcare institute of repute.
• Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and growth plans
• Thorough knowledge of industrial changes and developments
• Strong understanding of Healthcare Industry
• Understanding the intricacies of healthcare management and operations.
• Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
• Experience in the management of senior staff, employees and available resources.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
