Allied Health Colleges Membership
We are delighted to announce that the Association of Healthcare Providers (India) is further expanding its organizational base by integrating Allied Health Sciences Colleges under its broad and inclusive umbrella of healthcare institutions.Allied health professionals form the critical backbone of the healthcare system, contributing significantly to diagnostic, therapeutic, technical, and preventive services across the continuum of care. In India, the Allied Health Sciences education landscape is witnessing rapid growth and transformation. However, this sector still faces challenges related to standardization, recognition, employability, and integration into mainstream healthcare delivery systems.
Recognizing the pivotal role of this sector, AHPI is committed to supporting and representing Allied Health Sciences Colleges, enabling them to raise education standards, build industry-ready workforce, and contribute meaningfully to national health priorities.
AHPI, a non-profit society registered under the Society Registration Act of 1860, represents the collective voice of healthcare providers across India and actively engages with policymakers to strengthen healthcare delivery. Through its dedicated wing for Allied Health Sciences Colleges, AHPI advocates for education reforms, curriculum upgrades, and regulatory improvements; fosters academic-industry collaboration to bridge skill gaps; and promotes capacity building through training, certification, and quality standards. This wing aims to serve as a national platform for innovation, leadership, and integration of allied health institutions into the broader health system, aligning with AHPI’s vision of universal health access and improved health outcomes for all.
To drive this mission forward, AHPI continues to strengthen its State Chapters across the country – including but not limited to Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi NCR, Gujarat, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra & Goa, Manipur, Northeast, Punjab, Himachal and J&K (North Zone), Haryana, Odisha, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal – ensuring that the Allied Health Sciences Colleges have active representation, voice, and leadership at regional and national levels.Through this expansion, AHPI reaffirms its commitment to inclusive growth, quality education, and workforce empowerment across all sectors of healthcare.
